National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3)

NC3 was established to address the need for strong industry partnerships with educational institutions to develop, implement and sustain industry-recognized portable certifications that have strong validation and assessment standards. The partnership makes available teacher training necessary for certification in precision measurement and quality control, as well as student credentials.

The partnership with Snap-On makes available equipment and tools, curriculum, and teacher training for participating SME PRIME schools.

Michigan Manufacturers Association

Since combining efforts in 2016, MMA and the Foundation have been collaborating with manufacturers about developing new SME PRIME® (Partnership Response In Manufacturing Education) programs at high schools across the state. The alliance with MMA has paved the way for the Foundation to form new corporate sponsorships with Michigan-based companies to establish new PRIME schools.

CADIA Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement

CADIA (Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion and Advancement) is a non-profit focused on diversity and inclusion in the automotive industry. Their mission is to double the number of diverse leaders in the automotive industry by 2030. The Foundation’s partnership with CADIA is centered around providing more manufacturing education opportunities for minority and female students.
