Teacher training plays a key role in the success of SME PRIME. Even with the best equipment and curriculum, student achievement is dependent upon well-informed, passionate teachers. Thus, the SME Education Foundation ensures that SME PRIME teachers have the training and professional development they need to feel confident in delivering and executing the SME PRIME plan of instruction. To do this, the Foundation partners with the National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3) and SME PRIME equipment suppliers to facilitate teacher training workshops and seminars.
